We provide a unique learning experience with classes taught by professors that are student-oriented and experts in their field. Professors travel with the program and participate in program activities. Each of our classes includes city-specific activities that enrich the class and make Voyager Europe unique. Unlike any other study abroad programs, we immerse our participants in the art, history and culture of the countries and cities that we visit.

Credit Transfer

All Voyager Europe classes meet accreditation standards. Our programs are sponsored by Endicott International - College of International Studies (CIS) in Madrid. Transcripts for are issued by Endicott College, which is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC)

This allows credits earned in Voyager Europe classes to transfer to the student’s home university. Students can choose up to two classes and earn up to six credits.

Accommodations & Transportation

From the first day until the last day of Voyager Europe, students have a single room in a modern air-conditioned university residence in an upscale neighborhood in Madrid. This is our home-away-from-home concept and a unique attribute of our programs. Each room has a private bath, free Wi-Fi and is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Students have unlimited access to the fitness center and outdoor pool. While in Madrid, students are served breakfast and their choice of lunch or dinner daily. Our partner college is a pleasant walk from the residence.

When traveling to other cities in our exciting itinerary, we prioritize high-speed trains and planes in order to maximize our time in each city.

In Voyager Europe, more than half the time is spent visiting the countries and cities in this exciting program. Students are based in Madrid throughout the entire program and travel from and return to Madrid three times during the 30-days. Our home-away-from-home concept makes Voyager Europe unlike any other multi-country program. Why is home-away from home better?

  • First, it’s good for pedagogical reasons – our students have in-class lectures and discussion groups on the campus of our partner – Endicott International – College of International Studies (CIS) in Madrid. These lectures and discussions make the multiple city visits more meaningful.
  • Second, it makes for easier travel for our students. Students only take what they need for the trip without the need to carry all their belongings from city-to-city. Students can leave their belongings in their private room at the residence.
