Admission Requirements


All Voyager Study Abroad Programs have a rolling admissions policy. This means that it is important to apply early, as a program can be filled prior to the stated deadline.

To be considered for admittance:
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age by the start of the program
  • University students of any major
  • Recent college graduates will be considered
  • Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.50. Students with a GPA below 2.50 will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Application Materials

Your application will not be reviewed until we receive the following materials:

  • 1) Online Application, including essay click here
  • 2) Include most recent copies of transcripts (official or unofficial) from all post-secondary institutions attended (to be uploaded on the Online application).
Application Deadlines

The application deadline for both Voyager Europe and Voyager Spain are:

  • Deadline for regular applications: March 15, 2019
  • Deadline for late applications, space permitting: April 15, 2019
  • All accepted students must submit a $500 deposit by April 15, 2019 or 3 days from acceptance, whichever is later
Payment Schedule

Following is a schedule of payments:

  • A $500 confirmation deposit by April 15, 2019 or 3 days from acceptance, whichever is later.
  • 50% of the balance will be due by March 1, 2019
  • 100% of the balance will be due by June 1, 2019

Making a payment is simple. We will send you a PayPal invoice to use either your PayPal Balance or a major Credit Card.
